(Jeremiah 17:7-8) Doesn't that sound absolutely wonderful? Deep roots, no sign of being affected by drought, and bearing fruit each and every season of life - that is indeed a privilege. A privilege enjoyed by those who have placed their trust in Christ and have asked him to take control of their lives. I am prone to worrying a bit - I think I got that from my mother. I always used to say if mom didn't have something to worry about, she'd worry about not having anything to worry about.
