The Plumbline

It was Theodore Roosevelt who reminds us: "Do what you can, with what you have, where you are." Too many times we bemoan the fact we don't have 'enough', so we don't even start. We think we cannot, so we don't even try. We believe we are not in the right place to do something, so we just sit back and watch. Where you are, what you have, and what you are able to do are all perfectly correct when God is backing your every move! I pray also that you will have greater understanding in your heart so you will know the hope to which he has called us and that you will know how rich and glorious are the blessings God has promised his holy people. And you will know that God’s power is very great for us who believe. That power is the same as the great strength God used to raise Christ from the dead and put him at his right side in the heavenly world.
